Anglo Educational Services provides 24 hour, 365 days a year maintenance for all our apartments in London.
All of Anglo Educational Services’ apartments are inspected regularly. However, we are aware that some issues may arise during your stay and operate 24/7 emergency maintenance cover. In the event of an emergency in your apartment, you should call us on our Freephone number, 0800 183 9955, or on 07768 034 166 if it is late at night. One of our staff will be able to arrive, normally within the hour, to assist you. Be aware, however, that we reserve the right to determine if the situation warrants a call out. Please also report all minor non-emergency incidents on 0800 183 9955 as soon as you can after 9am so we can handle them during the day. Those reported after 5pm are unable to be dealt with until the following day. Please remember that certain appliances, such as new TVs, can take between three and five days to be delivered. This also applies to large appliances, such as washing machines, with complicated repairs.

Being locked out of your apartment (which should not happen, as you should keep your keys with you at all times). Losing your keys will incur a charge. Please note that other emergency calls will be given priority over a lockout.
How to Report a Maintenance Issue
The Maintenance Board
In every building there is a board with a maintenance sheet. Everyone going in and out of the building checks this board. This is the quickest way to report a maintenance fault, as it will be dealt with there and then.
